Partial Ownership

Many people dream of owning their own luxury holiday
home, but find the initial financial outlay and annual
running costs difficult to justify on a property that will
only be used occasionally during the year.
However, Partial Ownership allows buyers to own 1, 3,
6 or 12 months each, ownership of a home of superb superior
quality and location than otherwise might be possible with
outright purchase. Of course, each partial can be used by
however you like, that might holiday within your family and
friends.
The first property in the Koh Samui holiday club are
freehold with title deeds registered within a chosen
Registry – providing purchasers with an asset that will
appreciate with rises in property market values.
The freehold of each property is purchased through a
registered company specially set up for the purpose. Each
owner owns 1/12, 3/12, 6/12 or full real estate of the
shares giving use of the property, with the partial
ownership
holders up to the amount of ownership, split across
individual seasonal periods.
If owners do not wish to use their entire allocated
share, they are free to let the property generate a return
on their investment. The shareholders contract, the part of
owner’s estate can be passed by testamentary disposition or
sold at any time.
To maintain the unique quality of the home villa and the
resort affiliated to your villa, a small
service charge will cover general maintenance and
replacement of furniture.
