Automatic gates open to reveal this detached 2 story villa, set within lush tropical vegetation and surrounded by high walls ensuring privacy. There are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities (1 has a bath tub). Both bedrooms enjoy a small private terrace overlooking the pool and are fully air-conditioned. The ground floor consists of the western style kitchen which includes oven, hob, microwave etc., and leads through to the TV lounge and a further outdoor lounge area. There is a guest WC and small office with internet connection. Just off the kitchen is a covered dining area equipped with a BBQ. The 16sqm pool has tropical planting to 2 sides and an intimate sundeck area with loungers. Satellite TV, DVD, stereo system and internet are provided. Housekeeping service is also included.
